So sad

Today is the last day of Sale A Bration.  I loved the papers and the stamps were so sweet. The cards I made were greatly appreciated by the recipients. My swap card I created for 20 of the PaperAngels girls was so much fun and used  the DSP and ribbon from SAB. I must have been crazy making this card 20 times. Check out some of the other swap cards on Liz's blog they were really quite lovely.

So I am quite sad to be saying goodbye to some terrific designs.

But hang in there as there is some great things in our Autumn Winter Mini Catalogue that is officially launched tomorrow, YAY.

So check back in tomorrow and see what I have made. Will you be tempted to have a workshop? Would you like me to post you out a mini? If so contact me on 0402441964 or email me at zenakennedy@lizzy.com.au

Productive morning

I was on a roll the other morning. The new Autumn Winter Catalogue has the most beautiful stamps in it. As a demonstrator I am lucky to be able to purchase them before April 1.  The Apothecary Art Set is fantastic, the sweet little umbrella got my mind racing and I have come up with a very cute card  that you will see shortly. No, I'm not posting it today I'm going to keep you all on tenderhooks! Tee hee.
The "With Sympathy" card is also using our new Framelets dies, aren't they great? If you layer them inside each other they make a lovely frame for your stamps or maybe a frame for your photos on a scrapbook page.

Thank you Anna

I have just received a pattern from Anna Wheaten one of our Paper Angels. It is for a Mini magazine holder, such a cutie and it holds 7.5 x 7.5 note cards. I got stuck in and made it straight away. The instructions were very easy to  follow.

Of course it then needed some cards, so I made 5 cute little note cards to fit in the holder. I used Basic Grey cardstock forr the box and the card bases. I then decorated the fronts of each with DSP from the Patterns Designer Series Paper Stack, Neutrals Collection (page 130 in the Catalogue). I love these and everything coordinates so nicely. I decorated each card with Wild Wasabi Grossgrain Ribbon to match the ribbon on the box.

I think I might make a few more of these as they would make lovely little gifts.

From excited to exhausted.....

and loving it.

What a great night. Everyone went home with a lovely card and with lots of ideas swimming around in their heads, as well as a few Tim Tams to sustain them for their drive home. This is what they made. Isn't it sweet?

Thank you ladies for making my first workshop so enjoyable and being so enthusiastic.

The morning after, minus the empty TIM Tam packet.
